Texas Tech University Selects TMA for Their Housing Department

TULSA, OK, February 10, 2008 – Texas Tech University recently selected a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for their Housing Department. The University will utilize TMA WorkGroup for online work requests, parts allocation, and cost budgeting throughout the year.

The key requirements for the University related to replacing their CMMS was TMA’s ability to have customers view their request status online throughout the entire work process, accurately show parts costs on all work orders, and the ease of use for users. Another benefit to the University was their ability to purchase TMA through the GSA catalog, which is becoming a more popular choice for state entities when dealing with large technology purchases.
